This notice explains how RAD Storage Solutions handles information submitted through the RAD access website. It covers access requests, not customer storage operations or a future app account.
What you share
The access form requires your company and email address. Your name, company location, inventory category, intended timing and additional preferences are optional. It records your permission for email confirmation and invitation updates, and the version of this notice. Please do not submit confidential engineering data, regulated personal information or sensitive technical material.
Why we use it
We use this information to confirm your email, maintain the RAD invitation request list, send updates about your access request and assess demand for the service. Submitting a request does not enroll you in an unrelated marketing mailing list, create an app account or commit you to storage.
Basic source and security information
If the link you followed contains campaign labels, those labels may be saved with your access request to help us understand which outreach led to it. The form also records the page action you used. The website does not set advertising or tracking cookies or load third-party analytics. The request service may use a short-lived hashed network identifier to limit spam. Hosting and email providers may keep operational logs under their own retention policies.
Service providers and access
Website hosting, secure record storage and transactional email providers process information as needed to operate this service. Access to records is restricted to authorized RAD personnel and service providers supporting that work. RAD does not sell this information.
Retention and your choices
RAD retains your request while it is needed to administer app invitations and respond to your request. You may ask RAD to correct or delete your information, or stop sending access updates, by emailing hello@radstoragesolutions.com. Some records may need to be retained to meet applicable obligations.
Email confirmation and app previews
When enabled, RAD sends a confirmation email so you can verify that you control the address submitted. An unconfirmed address is not treated as a verified contact. Confirmation does not create an app account or accept commercial terms. The public interactive previews use sample data; they do not upload or analyze photos, accept payment or book storage.
