What is a customer pilot?

Your pilot is a focused way to put RAD to work for your team. Start with one project or a few items, experience the app and storage workflow, then expand at your own pace. You choose what to store.

How do I get exclusive app access?

Access is by invitation. Request yours with your company and work email, then confirm your address. We’ll email you when your app invitation is available. The public app demonstration uses sample data; requesting access does not create an app account or book storage.

How does the AI help?

Photo-based vision tools suggest visible item descriptions, categories and readable labels to get your record started. You review and confirm the required contents, dimensions, weight and handling information before pricing. Photos cannot establish hidden contents or safe storage conditions; AI suggestions stay editable.

How does the pricing work?

Monthly storage is $20, $30, $40 or $50 per package, depending on the storage class. First payment includes the first month and one prepaid $20 final whole-package pull. Additional partial pulls are $20 each. Carrier shipping, tax and applicable add-ons are separate. Eligible standard items use instant pricing; Bulky and special requirements need review.

Can I get individual parts back?

RAD supports whole-package returns and paid partial withdrawals from accepted counted stock. Record distinguishable stock lines and quantities for partial withdrawals. View the handling and current shipping costs before confirming a return request.

Do I need to be in Boston?

No. Access requests are welcome from teams across the contiguous United States. Eligible inventory can be shipped to the warehouse assigned in your RAD account. Boston-area companies also have a free initial pickup incentive; the pickup offer does not define the service area.
